Sept 2008 Job.

this home here was In very bad shape as the pictures will reflect, the home had the old style thin wall anchors Installed back In the late 1970's,we never touched them since we were not hired to.although we did bring the basement up to shape as the pictures will reflect.we will add the testimonial after we show how the basement was fixed.enjoy.

the above pictures were prior to starting the job you can see all the moisture damage as well as major wall crackages.all the pictures below were taken after we repaired the cracks and tightened up the basement walls.another satisified customer.

Customer Testimonial:I Mr.Smith hired the Budget Home Repair Co. to fix the above house that was left to me In my aunts estate.Budget done a fine job bringing the home up to shape the home has now sold and the new owners love the home.prior to meeting Tony I hired a company  Out Of Kansas City where I live to fix my personal home 5 years ago and that was a nightmare.I had the company come In and they Installed the small wall anchors and after spending close to $27,500 and about 1 month later my walls were moving again so they're cheap anchors failed and they had to come back and fix everything again.whatever you do call the Budget Co.and have Tony sell you his REAL special cut wall anchors his are 3 times heavier then the run of the mill brands and are 5 times stronger. If I would of knew Tony 5 years ago I know I would not of had gone through what I did with the other co.sincerely Mr.Smith.

Another Fine Job late 2008
this home here was a real mess the lady called dig rite the well know line and utility locator to find things before we dug It all out.they couldnt do anything for her so we had to go at It real slow by hand and we came out alive without hitting anything we did the entire dig by hand In 1 day and fixed the house all the way up.she called another company out of town prior to getting our bid and there bid was $5.200 higher then ours.they was gonna do about half the work that we did.house Is totally waterproof now and another satisfied customer and a

Recent 2009 Job
this Is another home with water coming In.when we arrived on the jobsite the home had about 2 Inches of standing water along one wall to an old sump pump pit.problem was the previous Installers used a little bitty pump and the pump had failed and the pit was Improperly Installed (upside down)as well, also there was NO DRAIN TILE Installed  to the pump.we went In and took the old pit out and Installed correct sized drain tile after we cut up the floor and Installed a good stainless steel pump, now the basement Is moisture free.(as a side note look at the size of the good drain tile we Installed.)unlike some competetors we use the heavy duty product thats larger In diameter and has better flow capabilities.once again another satisfied customer and great refferance.
